Yellow Mutabilis

Unique to us in the UK. Seedling of the famous China with many of the parents' attributes, except that of colour which is soft yellow fading to cream and has smaller flowers. Suitable for growing in warmer climates.

Viridiflora

(China) 'The Green Rose' A strange rose, really a novelty or collector's specimen. Flowers of drab green, tinted brown, very unusual.

Irene Watts

(China) Very double, pale pink flowers with deeper centres and a pleasant fragrance. Fairly dwarf and hardy. This is a lovely little rose and I grow to like it more and more each year.

Papillon

Unique to us in the UK. (China) Predominantly pink with white and copper reflections from the deeper base. A good but little known China.

Old Crimson China

Unique to us in the UK. (China) 'Slater's Crimson' (Rosa chinensis semperflorens). Bright red single flowers on an upright, bushy slender plant. Suitable for growing in a warmer climate.

Le Vesuve

(China) Shapely buds opening loose and blowsy, silvery-pink with deeper shadings. Good under glass.
