Standard UK Mainland Delivery: £3.95
Free Standard UK Mainland Delivery For All Orders Over £75- Next Day Delivery: £5.95 for container roses and bare roots (in stock items only). Pre-orders will ship as soon as ready on next day service. Not valid with free shipping promos.
- Saturday Delivery: £6.49
While we offer these premium services, external factors may cause delays. These will be communicated by the courier. Please contact us if you experience any issues.
Next Day Delivery:
Order cut off 1pm Monday to Thursday for next day delivery.
Delivery Times
- Container Roses & Garden Plants: 3-5 working days all year round.
- Bare Root Roses:
- Pre-orders (April-Nov): Delivered Nov/Dec
- Orders (Dec-Mar): 3-5 working days.
Bare root roses are shipped from November to March when dormant. Delivery dates may vary due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
International Delivery
For details, email export@peterbealesroses.com. Delivery rates vary by country. We are unable to ship to Australia, Canada, New Zealand, North America, South Africa, and the EU.
Returns & Cancellations
Refund Policy:
If you receive damaged items, please report them within 48 hours of delivery by email, live chat or calling us. Items must be returned in a saleable condition, with packaging similar to the original. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Any delays or improper packaging may affect your refund amount. This does not affect your legal rights.
Order Cancellation Policy:
You can cancel your order for a full refund if it hasn’t been packaged for delivery yet. If your order is packaged but not yet collected by the courier, a £10 cancellation fee will apply. Orders cannot be cancelled once they’ve been collected by the courier.
