Peter Beales Roses Guarantee Terms & Conditions
Guarantee Period:
All roses and plants purchased from Peter Beales Roses are covered by a 1-year guarantee from the date of delivery. This guarantee applies only to roses and plants purchased directly through our website, mail order, or garden centre, provided they have been properly planted, watered, and cared for.
Conditions of Guarantee:
To qualify for the guarantee, customers must ensure the following:
- Roses are planted in appropriate conditions and cared for in line with our Rose Care Guide.
- Failure notices, including photo evidence or returned plant/s, must be submitted within 1 year of delivery.
Exclusions:
- The guarantee does not cover roses that are damaged due to extreme weather conditions, such as frost, heavy snow, flooding, or prolonged drought.
- This guarantee does not apply to roses damaged during transit. If your rose has arrived damaged, please contact us via email or live chat, and our team will assist you in resolving the issue.
Claims for Bare Root Roses:
Please note that bare root roses may take longer to establish. We advise allowing the plant until the first flowering season to show signs of life before making a claim. However, if there is no clear sign of growth (e.g. dead branches), please contact us for assistance.
Processing Time:
Once a claim has been submitted, it can take up to 14 working days to process claims and issue replacements. However, in most cases, this is typically completed within 5 working days.
Replacement Policy:
If a claim is approved, appropriate replacements will be shipped when available. Depending on the time of year, bare root roses may be used as replacements for container roses.
Follow-up Questions:
In some cases, we may ask follow-up questions regarding your care routine. If it is found that you have not followed our rose care guide or basic plant care instructions, your claim may be denied.
Peter Beales Rights:
Peter Beales Roses reserves the right to amend or modify this guarantee at any time, without prior notice.
