When is the best time to visit the Rose Gardens?

Our Rose Gardens are beautiful to visit year-round, with something to enjoy in every season. However, please note that in bad weather, the gardens may become waterlogged, and there are no covered areas. During these conditions, the gardens will be closed to the public for safety, but you can still enjoy the view from our restaurant.
